My wife and kids went to the concierge of Trinoma early Saturday morning in order to get seat passes to watch the Chipmunks mall show at 1130 am. To their dismay, they were told that all the passes for all the 3 shows that Saturday had already been given out the day before!

Fortunately, a good soul from the technical staff inside volunteered his four tickets to allow my family inside the seated area. Thank you for his kindness. My kids had a blast!
